iMail’s privacy policy covers the collection and use of personal information that may be collected by iMail at any time, like when you purchase an iMail product, create an e-mail account, contact a technical support or sales associate, sign up for an e-newsletter or request a download of demonstration software.

We collect your personal information because it aides in providing you with a high level of customer service. For example, your personal information helps us to access information with your authorization, and keep you informed on the latest product updates and announcements from time to time. However, we do not store private information in any way.

When you provide iMail with your name, email address, mailing address or telephone number, and you do not “opt-out”, iMail representatives and authorized affiliates may use the provided information to alert you to product updates, special offers, updated information, new products and other iMail information. Other than iMail representatives and authorized affiliates, iMail does not give, sell, or otherwise make available any user-provided information to any third parties.

iMail will send notifications in regards to product updates and technical support notices. These update notifications are deemed essential to the functionality of iMail and therefore, there is no “opt-out” option.

If you do not want iMail representatives to contact you, you may “opt-out” at any time. You may “opt-out” by contacting iMail’s Customer Service Department or by following the instructions included in the email correspondence.
